Frozen / Chilled Items

These are shipped frozen and sold either Frozen or Chilled. Special ingredients are developed with raw material suppliers to make these items universal spec. All of them are PHO free, and some are gluten & dairy free (please ask for detailed catalogue).

Crepe Cake

Our signature item with export recipe. Regular item with Original and Matcha flavor are made without gluten/wheat. We also have dairy and gluten free product developed for special markets.

Mont Branc

One of the most popular western desserts in Japan, regularly have one Chestnut flavor. We added two original flavors, one using Japanese Matcha powder and another using Japanese Sweet Potato paste.

Frozen Items

These are originally developed for sale at convenience store.
Designed to be sold Frozen, but can be ready in seconds after microwaved.

Tarte

Standard and easy 'to go' item which you can enjoy with one hand.
Started with Baked Cheese and Chocolate flavors and more to be added.

Pie

This product is manufactured in separated specialized facility. Pie base is made from scratch, all original recipes to have extra crunchiness after microwaved or toasted.

DOMESTIC market

Products being marketed in Japan markets. Some items can be frozen for export but may include some food additives not suitable for some markets.

Chilled Items

We manufacture and distribute 50-100 SKUs everyday to our local customers.Including Year-roud, Monthly and Seasonal products. Our longest running item has been being manufactured for over 18 years.
